soy sauce
most people like to pour a lot of soy sauce into the little bowl but in japan it is rude to have soy sauce leftover in that bowl you should pour a little bit . if its not enough you can pour more when you finished your meal there shouldn’t be any bits of rice or soy sauce left in the bowl but a little bit of soy sauce is fine.
tipping in japan
most people think think tipping is a nice thin to do but in japan most people find tipping rude because they get paid for their work enough already.
sashimi
sashimi most people think sashimi is only fish like tuna or salmon but there is also horse , shrimp , octopus and squid .
